Recovery
Stolen or frozen cryptocurrency is rarely gone for good. Whether you've been hacked, deceived by a fraudulent platform, or had your exchange account locked without explanation — every transaction leaves a permanent trail on the blockchain. We follow it.

What "crypto asset recovery" actually means
Recovery isn't magic — it's a structured forensic process. We trace where your funds went, identify the receiving addresses, apply legal and compliance pressure on the exchanges holding those funds, and build the evidentiary package needed for law enforcement action.
Three scenarios exist, and each has a different recovery path. Funds that reached a KYC-verified exchange carry the highest success rate, because a freeze request backed by on-chain evidence can compel compliance action. Funds moved through mixing services are more complex, but remain traceable with professional-grade tools that map cluster behaviour across the chain. Funds locked in smart contracts or DeFi protocols require on-chain technical analysis to determine whether intervention is possible at the protocol or governance level.
The common thread across all three is this: the blockchain retains a complete, immutable record of every movement. Our job is to read that record and turn it into action.
Three recovery scenarios
Exchange Freeze
Your account or withdrawal has been blocked by compliance. Resolved through a structured AML documentation package submitted directly to the exchange's compliance department. This is the fastest and most predictable recovery path.
Stolen and Moved
Funds were transferred to a third-party address following a hack or phishing attack. We trace the movement on-chain and request a freeze via exchange compliance channels at the point where funds consolidated or were exchanged.
Fraudulent Platform
An investment scam, fake exchange, or yield-farming fraud took your funds. We prepare a legal package for law enforcement — including a transaction map, address attribution, and victim recognition documentation for Interpol or national agencies.
Our methodology
Every case follows a structured five-stage process. Speed matters most in the early stages, which is why we begin the same day a case is submitted.
Free Assessment
We review the situation, identify the scenario type, and give an honest probability estimate
Blockchain Tracing
Chainalysis Reactor, TRM Labs, and Elliptic are used to map the full transaction trail
Compliance Request
We contact exchange compliance departments with a structured freeze or release request
Legal Package
For law enforcement cases: we prepare evidence packages for МВД, Interpol, and international agencies
Recovery Coordination
We manage the process through to asset freeze, account unfreeze, or fund return
Assets we work with
We work across all major blockchains and token standards. Every network we support leaves an immutable transaction record that our tools can follow.
Every blockchain leaves a trail. If your asset isn't listed, contact us — we assess each case individually.
Fee structure
We operate two models depending on the nature of your case. For standard services — exchange unfreeze, wallet recovery, Source of Funds documentation — we charge a fixed fee agreed after the initial assessment. For theft investigations where the stolen amount exceeds $50,000, we offer a success fee model of 10–20% payable only on confirmed recovery.
The initial assessment is always free. We will not take on a case without first giving you a clear probability estimate. If we think recovery is unlikely, we tell you directly — that's more useful to you than an invoice with no result.
Tell us what happened. We review the situation, trace the first on-chain hops, and give you an honest probability estimate — before any engagement begins.
Not every case ends in full recovery
No recovery service can guarantee 100% results, and anyone who does should be treated with extreme caution. The blockchain is transparent, but recovery depends on factors outside any investigator's control — whether funds have reached a cooperative exchange, whether mixing was used, how much time has passed since the incident.
What we can control is the quality of our work and the speed of our response. We use the same tools as Interpol and FinCEN. We prepare documentation that exchanges and law enforcement agencies actually act on. And we never take a fee for a case we don't believe we can move forward.
