Crypto stolen or
account frozen —
we act immediately,
we build your case.
We conduct on-chain investigations, identify perpetrators and compile a complete evidence package for submission to the FBI, Europol, Interpol, and international law enforcement. Every hour of delay reduces your chances of recovery.
What we do for victims
Every case runs on three parallel tracks: on-chain investigation, legal evidence package, and law enforcement submission. This maximises both your chances of asset recovery and criminal prosecution of the perpetrators.
Crypto Investigation
On-chain tracing of stolen funds across all major blockchains. We identify destination addresses, exchanges, and recipients using the same professional tools as Interpol and the FBI.
- BTC, ETH, BSC, TRC20, Solana tracing
- Visual transaction map for court
- Receiving exchange identification
- Timestamps and IP correlation
- Report formatted for law enforcement
Criminal Case Filing
We compile a complete evidence package and file a criminal complaint with the correct agency in your jurisdiction. Proper case framing is the difference between a filing and a real investigation.
- FBI IC3 / Action Fraud / Europol complaints
- Blockchain forensics report as exhibit
- Victim statement and witness declarations
- Asset freeze motions filed in parallel
- Case progress monitoring and follow-ups
International Pursuit
When perpetrators operate across borders — we file through Interpol, Europol, FBI IC3 and FinCEN. We work with local attorneys to freeze assets in relevant jurisdictions simultaneously.
- Interpol Red Notice submission
- Europol EC3 / FBI IC3 complaints
- MLAT requests via mutual legal assistance
- Exchange compliance freeze requests
- Coordination with local counsel
6 steps from first contact
to filed criminal case
The first step takes 15 minutes. The full cycle — from diagnosis to case submission — takes 3 to 10 days depending on complexity. We handle everything; you just answer our questions.
15-Minute Diagnosis
We take your report, assess the situation and determine urgency. For active attacks — immediate response under our emergency asset preservation protocol.
⏱ 0–15 minutesOn-Chain Tracing
We follow the funds across the blockchain. Every address, exchange deposit, timestamp and wallet cluster is recorded in our forensic ledger.
⏱ 1–3 daysPerpetrator Identification
We issue subpoenas to exchanges, cross-reference known fraud clusters, and in many cases identify the real identity behind the wallet addresses.
⏱ 2–5 daysEvidence Package Assembly
We compile the full package: blockchain report, notarised screenshots, communications, hash-timestamped transaction records, and expert declarations.
⏱ 1–2 daysCriminal Complaint Drafting
We draft the complaint with the correct legal classification and exhibits. A qualified attorney reviews it for compliance with the target agency's requirements.
⏱ 1 daySubmission and Case Management
We file with the right agency, track registration, respond to investigator requests, and appeal any refusal to open a case where warranted.
⏱ OngoingWhere we file and who we work with
The right agency depends on where the perpetrator operates, where the exchange is registered, and where your assets are held. We determine the optimal route after the investigation.
Interpol — Red Notice
Through Interpol's National Central Bureaus we submit requests to locate suspects and freeze assets across 195 member countries. Red Notices restrict perpetrator travel and trigger national arrest warrants.
Direct Exchange Compliance
In parallel with law enforcement, we send legal freeze requests directly to Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, Bybit and other exchanges via their official compliance and law enforcement portals.
MLAT — Mutual Legal Assistance
For cross-border cases we initiate Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty requests, enabling courts in one country to compel evidence production from entities in another. Essential for exchange KYC data.
International Attorney Network
We coordinate with local attorneys in the UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong, and other major crypto jurisdictions to file parallel civil and criminal proceedings for asset recovery.
FBI — Internet Crime Complaint Center
The FBI's IC3 is the primary US agency for crypto fraud. Complaints submitted via IC3.gov can trigger federal investigations and asset freezes. Most effective when US dollars or US-based exchanges are involved.
FinCEN — Financial Crimes
The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network can freeze assets under Bank Secrecy Act authority. Critical when stolen crypto is being laundered through US-regulated financial institutions.
SEC / CFTC — Securities Fraud
For investment scams involving tokens marketed as securities or commodity fraud. The SEC has successfully clawed back hundreds of millions in crypto fraud cases through emergency injunctions.
Civil Litigation — US Courts
When criminal prosecution is slow, civil claims offer a parallel route. John Doe subpoenas compel exchanges to disclose account holder identities. Temporary restraining orders freeze assets pending trial.
Europol — EC3 Crypto Unit
The European Cybercrime Centre specialises in organised crypto fraud and ransomware. Coordinates investigations across EU member states and works with exchanges operating in Europe.
UK — Action Fraud / NCA
Action Fraud is the UK's national reporting centre for financial crime. For large cases (£10K+), the National Crime Agency's Cyber Division takes direct action. Reporting online takes under 30 minutes.
Germany — BKA / Cybercrime Units
The Bundeskriminalamt has a dedicated cybercrime division. Germany is a key jurisdiction as many European crypto exchanges are registered here. German courts are also receptive to crypto asset recovery claims.
Switzerland — FEDPOL / FINMA
Switzerland is home to many crypto entities. FEDPOL and FINMA have strong authority over Swiss-based exchanges. FINMA can compel account disclosures and freeze assets held in Switzerland.
What we can prove
with documentation
Courts and investigators accept only verifiable, source-cited evidence. Our reports have been used in real criminal proceedings across multiple jurisdictions.
Complete Transaction Chain
Every transfer from your wallet to the final recipient — with hashes, timestamps and addresses. Notarised and submitted as a court exhibit.
Exchange Identification
We determine exactly which exchange received the stolen funds using cluster analysis and attribution databases. This forms the basis for a formal freeze request.
Wallet Graph Analysis
Graph analysis of the perpetrator's wallets reveals patterns: mixing, amount splitting, links to previously known fraud clusters used in prior scams.
Account Holder Data
When the exchange cooperates — name, email, IP address and phone number of the registered account. This directly identifies the perpetrator.
Risk-Scored Wallet Reports
We use Chainalysis, TRM Labs and Elliptic — the same tools used by Interpol and FinCEN. Our report includes official risk scores for the perpetrator's wallets.
Signed Expert Report
A signed expert declaration that can be presented as expert testimony. Accepted by courts in the US, UK, EU member states, and most international jurisdictions.
